No. 99 – Padded circle

By | 19th July 2017

Welcome back to the Art of Crochet blog!

Here we are at Square 99 already, how did that happen so quickly? This week is all blues, starting with a padded circle at the centre. The padding is done by winding yarn around your finger, but do be carefully not to pull it too tight, otherwise it won’t come off the end, and your finger may turn blue to match the rest of the square.

The rest of the square changes colour at the end of each round, with 4-treble clusters in the Lime Green and the shaping in the first Navy round. 99 - 1Here’s a film, including making the ring at the start.

Happy crocheting,
Katy x
